WHY WE EXIST

  • Exposure to airborne pollutants can be deadly.

  • We believe that no-one should become ill as a direct result of workplace activities.

In the UK and Europe, internal and external air quality is controlled by laws including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

These Acts contain regulations such as CoSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002), DSEAR (Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002) and the EU IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control 2008) which must be adhered to at all times.

Both employers and employees have a legal responsibility to ensure the air in the facilities in which they operate is clean and safe to breathe. We aim to make this as easy as possible for all of our clients, regardless of the industry they are in or the contaminants which need controlling.

Office workers would not tolerate contaminated air – neither should other workers.
