Multi Fan pneumatic conveying systems are designed to convey powders, granules or moulded products within a wide range of industries. Systems comprise positive pressure blowing, negative pressure suction, or combinations of both. A comprehensive range of system components is available comprising blowers, fans, rotary valves, venturis, cyclones etc.

Centralised Vacuum Cleaning
Multi Fan supply fixed pipework (or mobile) vacuum cleaning systems for complete factory coverage. Systems can be for single or multi point operation. Design features include:

• Continental multi-stage exhausters
• Cartridge or bag filters
• Easily dismantled pipe-work
• Cleaning tools and hoses
• Mobile units where appropriate

The centralised vacuum cleaning system shown (left) is an 8 point system comprising 24 internal vacuum points in total, 37kW Continental exhauster and a reverse-jet self cleaning bag filter.

The extracted material is carbon black (toner). It is discharged intermittently from the filter into a big-bag collector for disposal.
